Courgette with crème fraîche

Shopping list: courgette, crème fraîche, olive oil, pepper and salt.

Slice the courgette and, after putting some olive oil in the baking dish, lay the slices like roof tiles in the dish. After the salt and pepper, smother the slices generously with crème fraîche. Build a few layers on top of each other like this, and finally pour a good splash of olive oil over it and finish with crème fraîche. 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
