Minced rolls with curry sauce and mushrooms

Mix 500 grams of half-and-half seasoned minced meat with a finely chopped onion, an egg and a clove of garlic. Add a bit of sambal and if needed some extra herbs. Grease a baking dish and make four rolls of the minced mixture. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over them. Put the dish in a 200 degree oven for 30 minutes. Brown the mushrooms and cook them almost through. Make a roux of butter, flour and milk and add to it some stock (half a cube) and plenty of curry powder. Optionally make it a bit thicker with crème fraîche or some cream. Put the mushrooms in the sauce and serve it separately with the meat. Nice with green beans.
