Limoncello liqueur
Take a litre of vodka. Thinly zest four lemons (without the white part) and put the zest in the vodka. Top up with about 150 ml of liquid sugar (e.g. cane sugar). You can also melt 200 grams of sugar with water, let it cool and add it. The amount of sugar depends on the taste. Put the jar in the dark for a week and then pour it through a sieve. Serve cold!!
